Ran 4 miles somewhat easy on roads. Felt OK and moved OK. Started out with an 8:51 first mile, then the rest were in the lower 8:30s to 8-teens. Little tired at the end and still feel like I'm dealing with all this Covid stuff. Nice to just be out doing it, even though it doesn't feel great.
