Ran 3 miles easy on roads. Still coming back from this Covid crap but did run OK in spite of being sick. Started out a little over 9 min mile for first mile, then finished with an 8:15. Actually was tired, but didn't feel like I was going crazy with the pace, so the last mile surprised me a little. Body is very tired right and figure it's the fact that I've been sick for the past week, but hopefully things will get better.
