Notes
Ran 15 miles at 1/4 effort. Ran pretty well, but again had a second day of running too fast. Really need to be careful and not get too carried away here! First mile was in 7:13, pace got crazy after that. 10 came through in about 1:08:10, 1/2 marathon in 1:29:35. Last mile, even though I was starting to tank, came through in 6:59. Used a fluid belt for the first time in awhile and it worked OK, was a little heavy and uncomfortable at the start. Body tired and a little sore. Just need to take care of myself and make sure I get recovered.
