Ran 6 miles easy on roads. Felt very heavy and tired to start. Got a little better as I went. Tried to make it a very easy run and I think I was successful for the most part. Previous day's 15 miler took a lot out of me. Think I need to rethink this weeks schedule to allow for a little more recovery. Will have to see how I feel. Rest of me OK, no major issues.
