Ran 11 miles easy on roads. Used HM (145-155 BPM average). Felt pretty good this evening. Really humid and stormy out at the start of run. Was able to control pace well. Keep things slow and easy, but not too slow. Felt really in control of the workout. Probably could have gone farther. Looking to work up to a 2 hour run. Think the distance will be a big asset. All I need to work on now is the extras - lifting, stretching and diet.
