Ran 1x800 meters on "P", then 6x400 meters. Wanted to do 1/2 mile reps, but just wasn't working out. 400s went much better after that. Turned out being a pretty decent workout. Felt OK, left hamstring a little tight but held up OK. Rest of me fine, knees a little tight.
