Rough run but it actually went better than the previous day. Was really hot out - about 90 degrees, but was able to run most of the workout with only needing to stop like 2x. Pace was also a lot better with all my miles under 9 min. pace. Second mile was actually a 7:54, which was too fast for the heat and prompted me to stop and reset things. Remaining miles were in the 8-teens to 8:20s. Felt very tired and a little wobbly at the end but overall OK.
