Notes
Ran 4 miles at about 1/2 effort on roads. Ran a lot better than I did the previous day and felt a little better doing it. Miles were better (8:43, 8:02, 8:12, 8:09). Overall moved better and didn't have to stop on this one. Did probably run a little faster than I needed but nice to get something slightly harder in. Body tired but again, felt better afterwards than the previous day.
