Ran 5.5 miles on roads. Not a great run and felt really flat, rough. Went soon after it rained and was really humid. Just didn't move well at all. Tried to keep things in check and did OK for the most part by not pushing the pace. Even though it was slow, it still didn't feel easy. Body tired but OK.
