Ran 3 miles easy on roads. Miles were 9:08, last 2 were around 8:50. Felt OK but a little faster than the previous day and probably should have run a little easier. Didn't feel as easy as it did the previous day. Just have to take things easy and follow the plan of nice and easy for a while here. Right hamstring has been a little more of an issue lately and just need to keep after it.
