Ran 6 miles on roads, with a 1/2 mile pick up (3:03) and 2 other reps of about 1:30-1:45. Ran just to see if things were a little better today. Did feel better and 1/2 mile rep felt a little better than the previous day. Just need to be careful and I think it's time I renegotiate this running thing and how I do workouts, running in general. It's just not working the same way anymore. Need to obviously adjust as I'm getting older.
