Ran unstructured fartlek run on roads. Actually, did OK and didn't have too many problems. Pick-ups were about a minute in length, maybe a little more. The pace was topping out around 7:00, was hoping for a little faster but didn't want to push things at this point. Felt in control of the workout and not too tired at the end. Ran 3 miles in 23:33 (last mile in 7:21) and took a short break before I did the last mile as recovery. Good workout and something to build on.
