Ran 6 miles easy on roads. A little better than the previous day, surprisingly, and moved pretty well. Pace didn't feel as forced and tried to keep it easy. Started out slow (around 9:20) and then the rest were mostly just under 8 min. pace. Body a little tired but felt OK. Think it's the best my right hamstring and calf have felt in a while. Glad things are at least starting to heal.
