Ran 7 miles easy on roads. Ran OK but a little harder than I wanted to. First few miles were in 8:54, 8:32, 8:47, 8:36. Stopped briefly just before the fourth mile reset things (slow down) and last 3 were in a more reasonable 9:12, 9:11, 9:11. Went better than the last time I tried to run longer and other than the quicker initial pace, I felt OK. Right calf was OK, but the right hamstring was a little tighter and slightly sore the rest of the evening. Think it should be OK. Nice to get a longer run in and hope I can keep improving on this.
