Ran 6 x about 1/4 mile reps (slightly over 1/4 mile) on roads in new "P" development (need to find a better name for this place). Reps were about 1:45 each. Needed a positive workout and this one seemed to help. Ran the workout backwards (counter-clockwise) through the development and it helped as I didn't have to deal with the longer uphill. Ran a good part of the run downhill but was gradual and there was a good uphill section at the end. Overall good workout as I averaged around 6:40-ish per rep, some times a little faster/slower. Felt controlled for the most part and that I was running within myself. Need more of this and need to get my mind in a better place when it comes to training. Body OK, just tired.
