Ran 7 miles somewhat easy on roads. Ran better than I thought I would. Pace was probably a little too fast in spots for an easy run but really didn't feel like I was straining too much. First mile was an 8:57, then mile 2 in 8:12, then next 4 in the 8:20s and finished with an 8:03. Again, felt OK for the most part and wasn't as easy as other runs in the past but it wasn't a horrible workout. Body a little tired but OK and no real issues.
