Notes
Not a great day but not as bad as expected. Felt kind of flat and the weather has been very cool, raw, and rainy over the past several days. Motivation has been low but at least got out the door and ran. Pace was OK and actually the last few miles were in the 8:30s and didn't feel overly stressed. Body tired but OK for the most part.
