Ran 4 miles easy on roads. Ran OK and felt a little better than the previous day. Started out easy like I needed to - a 9:06 mile, then ran 2 - 8:26 miles and then 8:32. Need to restructure my training completely as things just aren't working. Have to try to figure things out so I can see some improvement instead of just stagnating. Body is tired but OK.
