Ran 4 miles easy on roads. Struggled a little more today than the previous day. Just really tired, even though the pace was somewhat slower. First mile was around 9:08, the next few were in the 8:40s and the last was an 8:20. Body a little tight and sore as well but I'm figuring it was the previous day's longer run and the temps being a little warmer.
