Notes
Ran 4 miles easy in the evening. Was really hot out so ran later in the evening. Humidity was an issue but ran easy. Kind of an odd run as I ran and walked briefly with Amy (who was out for a walk). Felt OK overall and probably wasn't a bad idea to include the walk breaks. Body tired but OK.
