Ran what turned into a 3-mile tempo run on the typical 3-mile evening walking course. Miles were 8:04, 7:34, 7:33. Actually, didn't feel too bad and kind of felt like what a tempo run is supposed to feel like - comfortably hard. Did feel like I was pressing a little in the middle, and things started to get a little heavy but was able to relax and finished the run without feeling like I was maxing out. Body tired but overall OK.
