Ran 6 miles easy on roads. Started out slow - first mile in 9:07. Pace went all over the place after that, from 8:20s to 8:50s and in between. Felt kind of OK but not where I want things to be. Realize that I'm not progressing because I'm not doing the hard stuff that needs to be done. Will continue to be like this until I decide to change.
