Ran another 2.5 mile run on roads. Tried again to keep it easy and think I ran a little harder this time around. First 2 miles were 9:16 and 9:18. Little too aggressive for coming back from an injury. Right hamstring was tight and a little "catchy" but think OK without doing any damage. Think I'm at the point where the next day will tell how it's doing and if I pushed too hard on the previous day. Rest of me OK and no issues.
