Notes
Ran 2.5 miles really easy on roads. Ran OK and though far from 100%, it's probably been the best my leg has felt in over a week. Still tight, but don't have the aching pain that I had last week. Still have to be very careful but at least I'm running. Pace felt like it was 10 min. miles or over, but actually was in the 9:40s. Maybe this is the reset that I need. Just not the way I wanted to have it.
