Ran 5 miles easy on roads. Actually was a little harder than I probably should have run but felt OK. First mile was in the 8:50s, then the rest in the 8:30s. Shouldn't have taken so many days off and need to stop doing this. No reason to take off so many days other than I just didn't want to run.
