Ran 3 miles easy on roads. Wanted to run further but just felt really flat and tired. Pace wasn't even really fast as miles were 9:08, 8:37, 8:32. Just didn't have any energy and couldn't move well at all. Was probably the warmest it's been all year and not sure if that figured into things or not. Rest of me OK and right hamstring just a little tight.
