Notes
Ran 5 miles somewhat easy on roads. Another windy day, but the temps were a lot warmer than yesterday. Going to be warmer for the next few days. Ran OK, but the pace was all over the place. First mile was in the 8:40s, the next 2 were in the 8 - teens, then the last 2 were in the 8:30s and 20s. Ran OK but there were spots that I was running harder than I needed to be. Did have to take a brief break to reset things and that helped. Body tired but OK. Need to keep an eye on the right hamstring issue. Stepped funny starting out my run and my right leg buckled a little bit. Think I'm OK but just need to watch things.
