Ran 4 miles easy on roads. Ran better than expected. Went somewhat easy and started with a 8:51 mile, then ran 7:59, 8:03 and 8:08. Really didn't feel like I was running that hard on the last 3 miles. Was controlled for the most part and no issues. Body tired but OK.
