Ran 6.5 miles on treadmill at PF. Weather has been rough over the past few days (snow storm Tuesday, wind today) so getting miles in has been tricky. Ran OK today. Was able to push the pace, beyond my typical plodding, and got below 8 min pace for a little bit. Felt good and hope this weather changes soon. Felt OK, no major issues.
