Ran 3 miles semi-easy on roads. Really didn't want to run this fast on an easy day but the pace felt OK. Honestly didn't think I was going at a quicker pace until I finished. Miles were 8:54, 8:33, 8:25. Didn't feel like I was pushing too hard at all and felt OK after I finished. Right hamstring is doing better, and I think this helps. Also was a nice warmer day out and was nice to move in some more comfortable weather.
