Ran 4 miles somewhat easy on roads. Felt a little better and tried to focus on keeping the pace easy and more comfortable. First mile was in the 8:50s I think, then the 8:20s for the next 2 and then finished just under 8:20 for the last. Really wasn't trying to push the pace but it's what felt OK. Did 3 striders after and have not done this in a while. Really tight on the first one but felt better on the last 2. Body tired but I think OK.
