5 min warm up on the bike, 5x3 min hard (level 8, 105-110 rpm), 1 min easy on elliptical, 10x15 seconds hard, 45 seconds easy on the bike, 5 min cool down

This was a good workout. It definitely got my heart rate up, which was nice to add to the end of an easy run.
