Notes

2 mile warm up, 8x 30 seconds hard, 1 minute easy, 2.25 mile cool down

I was only supposed to do 6 of the 30 seconds hard, but I got done with all 6, and I was feeling pretty good, so I decided to do 8. Plus, I needed a little extra mileage for the week. Overall, this workout wasn't too difficult. I don't actually know what pace I was doing the interval portion at. It was so short that my watch couldn't adjust that quickly, but I think it was around 5:45-6:00 pace. It started pouring rain mid way through the workout which was both refreshing and annoying. My calves were a little tight as well. I really need to start doing piyo again.
