I had to rearrange my running schedule this week, because we are leaving for Montana on Friday, and I won't be able to get a run in. I decided to run my long run today. I ran with Asher, which was super nice. It went a lot better than my 7 miler a few weeks ago. I feel like I'm starting to get into shape again. We did have to stop for cars a couple of times which made my hip tighten up. This week I won't be able to go to the chiropractor, so it should be a good test to see how my hip holds up.
