400s: 78, 79, 77, 76, 77, 76, 77, 78, 78, 77, 76, 74
This workout went well! 400m repeats used to be my favorite workout in high school, but I think I'm turning into a "real" distance runner, because I now prefer 1ks and longer stuff! I was happy with the paces I was able to hit though! I haven't ran mile race pace in a while, so this was a good workout for me. I was especially pleased with the 74 at the end. That gives me confidence in my kick and my ability to close fast in any race.
