Notes

I was supposed to do five miles easy today. However, my hip hurt quite a bit, and I could tell I was limping. Coach gave me the option to keep running, but I figured that would just make it worse. It's super frustrating. It was finally starting to feel better yesterday. I just want to be able to get through several weeks of consistent training.
