Notes

On my schedule, I had 10 miles, but given how the past couple of days have gone, Coach had me only go 7. I felt quite a bit better today. I rollled my hip out for 10-15 minutes the last two nights, and that seemed to help a lot. I used a baseball, which was able to get into the specific area I needed. I still felt a little pain though, and after the run, that pain intensified quite a bit. I'm hoping if I roll it out again tonight, I'll be able to hit this week full speed. This past week was pretty low mileage, and I didn't get in as much cross training as I wanted to, but hopefully the rest ended up helping me.
