6x 5 min tempo with last minute at interval pace, 1 minute easy in between, 10 minute warm up and cool down
My body was pretty tired today, so this workout felt a little difficult. I think my legs are just tired from my rehab. I started doing a new program two days ago that works on all of the muscles in my lower body, and I can definetly feel it. The interval minute especially was challenging, but all in all, it was a solid cross training workout.
Tempo- level 8, 100-105 rpm
Interval- level 10, 105-110 rpm
