Notes

25 minutes on the bike alternating between a minute hard and a minute easy. I was going to repeat the workout I did on the elliptical on the bike, but I was too tired. However, I still wanted to get some extra work in, so I opted for an easier workout. It's pretty hard to get my heart rate up on the bike, but my legs were feeling it.
