Broke at 15k. No energy left. Poor planning today. No proper meal during the day, just a small breakfast and couple of sandwiches last one at 12:30. Milky way and m&ms about 14:00.
Tired after lack of sleep last week, diet not same as normal either. Long journey home yesterday and not a roper meal last night just 2 sweet chilli chicken legs from morrisons They were tasty and big though
