7:41, 6;30, 3:43, 3:42, 6:06, 6:05 Guided all day on Lamprey and Exeter with John Nasser and Joe Laplant. Great guys! Cold day but they both caught fish and had a great time! Felt better stride wise today. My left upper outside of my calf is really sore to the touch. Guiding all day again tomorrow. Need to make $ for the house...
