Wicked rough workout tonight... i think it was just the heat that got me... 8,8,4, 8,4,4 = 2:30, 2:30, 1:13, 2:45, 1:26, 1:16
Heart rate out of control on all of these and just couldnt get the legs to go at all... you know that feeling you get at the end of a race when you are in oxygen debt and your legs are just burning... I felt that every interval...
