Notes

Really cold and windy out there today. I foam rolled and did 10 clamshells on either side as well as 10 forward and backward hurdlers. I want to start strengthening my hips. 15:00 at Tom's road. Did not think I was running this fast today at all. sore upper right hammy... calves a bit sore too but not that bad.
