Went up to the trails for the first time this year. Did a double loop from the truck. Drove the trail after just to get an idea of the distances for sure. the actual circle loop is just a hair under 5k... then back to the truck is .2 So a full single loop is 3.5 or so. A Double loop from the truck without goin back to the truck in the middle is about 6.6. 24:10 for the first loop and 22:59 for the second loop. Felt real smooth. It was my first real running weekend. Knee is still ok. A little tight.
