Had a planned day off yesterday and I felt really recovered all day today. The plan was to do the first mile and a half as the warmup and then hit all the hills pretty hard. I went through mile one in 6:47 for my warmup. I ran will up the hills. I could feel the cardio each time. The time really wasn't that reflective of the effort overall though. The wind was so strong when I was smoothing out the recoveries I must have lost lots of time. Overall a great effort. I did all of my myrtle stuff and pushups and crunchers as well as the couch thruster and sideways leg lifts. I also rolled. OJ and Water and now some pizza to re-carb! Tomorrow will be a nice recovery day and Friday should be another. Just get more miles and stay healthy!
