Didnt feel all that great after the 4 days off from my pinched nerve in my back.... Just happy I was able to run today. I should be in 3rd for the series right now, but wish I had gotten a little closer to Verrington. Also let Scott clark beat me right at the end... Felt sluggish... first mile 5:14, Second 5:36, third and a tenth 6:18. Windy... ran all alone... Will be under 16:30 next race....
