Woke up to a shock. My left hip was in stabbing pain. I could not lift my knee higher than my waist! Stretched out and walked Striper to try and loosen up. I figured maybe just a 3 mile shake out would loosen me up, but would shut it down if it was hurting at all running. TO my surprise, I could not feel it at all during my run, so 3 turned to 5 turned to 9 turned to 11 without issue. That being said, I came back and tried to stretch and it was stabbing pain during every hip stretch... need to get it checked out. Either way, finished the week with 52 miles, a great hill workout and a strong race. Happy, but nervous about the hip.
