Another day, another risk. Need to start getting in a few longer runs again and get the miles back up so that I can workout next week. Hoping for a few more easy miles. Today was a bit quicker than expected, but again it was like a taper with the loss of miles last week, so I felt fresh. 29:18 , 7:19 back.
