It was sooooooooooooo hot and humid out there this morning. Got it in with Isaac Fithian. Really out of shape right now and the up in distance and heat didnt make it feel any better. Only a couple more hot days... All the sheetrock was hung today. I went from 129 to 123lbs on my run today... lots of water gone...
