First real hill repeats of the year! The plan was to get in the longer warmup and then hit 8X Long Hill at a decent pace, but not overboard. I felt alright through about 6 and then the legs started to feel it. I was working real hard on the 7th rep in order to keep the pace and knew right there it was the last one. If I had been 25 years old, I would have been stubborn and forced myself to do the last one, but older and wiser kicked in. Better to leave one out there than to tank myself for the next 3 days. Actually really happy with the result today.
